		<description>We are starting to see a void that we can fill for people with special dietary needs.  I have received interest from people with gluten allergies, dairy allergies, sodium restrictions, and sugar limitations.  As a result we have added to our October menu notation on which entrees are or can be gluten free without comprising the flavor of the original entree.  We have worked with individuals who can't have dairy to ensure their safety while using our service.  Soon we will note which entrees do not have dairy.  I am interested in hearing from you if you have special dietary needs.  I know how it can be very difficult to either not get stuck in a rut of eating the same things or spend a tremendous amount of time planning and creating entrees that meet your dietary restrictions.  I am hoping that we can help.</description>
